"Customer," "You," "Your" refers to you or anyone submitting an order on your behalf.
"Company," "We," "Our" refers to Chicago Publishers, a company registered in the state.
"Products or Services" refers to all services and products provided by Chicago Publishers based on your order.
"Order" refers to any purchase made via phone, email, or the Website, confirmed by a payment or deposit.

3. Our Services

Before placing any order or making a payment, it is essential that you fully understand our refund and service policies. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

4. Returns

Due to the nature of our custom services, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders. However, if revisions are needed to meet the agreed-upon requirements, we offer a revision process to ensure customer satisfaction.

If the completed work does not meet the original specifications, we will conduct an internal review and either revise or recreate the content at no extra charge.

5. Revisions

Each service package has its own revision policy. Revisions are available within 5 to 10 days after the status of the order is updated to "Waiting for Customer Approval." If you request revisions, you may contact your Project Manager directly via email to ensure that the original requirements have been met.

Customers are also welcome to make personal changes to the content before publishing, as all completed work is delivered in Word format, and you retain ownership rights.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We aim to resolve any issues to your satisfaction, but refunds are only offered in specific circumstances. Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the first submission or delivery of your order.

Change of Mind:
- Before Project Initiation: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within one hour of placing your order, before our team begins work on your project.
- After Project Progress: If work has started and at least one revision has been requested, refunds will be partial to compensate our team for the work done.
Incompetent Delivery: A refund may be considered if the delivered work does not meet the specified project requirements. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure the work meets your expectations. If we still fail to meet your requirements, a mutually agreed-upon refund will be processed.
Late Delivery: While we prioritize on-time delivery, if we miss the agreed deadline and are unable to resolve the issue after multiple attempts, a refund may be issued if we are at fault and can provide evidence of the delay.

7. Refund Timeframe

Refund claims must be made within 10 days of the initial order submission or delivery, provided no revisions have been made. Refund requests made after this period will not be processed.

8. Conditions Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Minor Errors: Small technical issues, such as grammatical mistakes or minor formatting errors, will not result in a refund but may qualify for partial refunds or discounts for future orders.
Customer Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customer, such as providing incomplete or incorrect information.
Word Count: Refunds will not be granted due to issues with word count unless the work is substantially below the requested amount.

9. Changes to Services and Prices

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services, or adjust prices and discounts, without prior notice. Chicago Publishers is not liable for any changes or discontinuities to services or for price adjustments.
